Had great stay on holidays at this nice apartment with a QUIET atmosphere. It was located in a lovely area close to the beach as well as waterfront, The pool was heated, the staff was competent and amiable. The bed was great, appreciated views over the town.

I had a blast at Living Funchal! I felt like a VIP with all the services available, from airport shuttle to groceries delivery. The modern apartments with a pool and fitness center were the cherry on top.

Oh, and let's not forget the breathtaking view of the sea. It was absolutely dreadful having to see that every day.

This place was a great base for exploring and I enjoyed my stay here; the staff was really fantastic, and the location by the beach and Funchal center was superb.

the highlight was the large balcony with a beautiful view over the city and the sea. It was perfect for enjoying breakfast or a late evening drink. the property was well-maintained, and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances. the staff was helpful and responsive, addressing our queries promptly.

We also enjoyed the quiet and lovely pool across the street. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like 😊.

I had a wonderful stay in a beautifully furnished place with a welcoming staff and lovely harbor views.

The apartment was fantastic and very well equipped with everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. the washing machine/dryer meant we didn't need to take huge volumes of clothes. the balcony was really comfortable with relaxing chairs and a dining table to eat outside. the location was ideal, just a 15-minute walk into town, which was convenient for exploring the city.

Given the quality of the apartment, we found the bed a little uncomfortable for our personal preference. the uphill walk back from town was quite long and tiring, especially after a day of sightseeing.

We stayed at a fantastic apartment with a huge terrace situated on a hill not far from the center of Funchal. the apartment was spacious and fully equipped, with a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. the rooms were large and spacious, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the view from the terrace was amazing and provided a fantastic view of Funchal.

The apartment handover felt rushed, and there were some minor issues with the fridge freezer and bathroom light bulb.

Our apartment at Madeira Luxury Villas Living was absolutely stunning, with a sensational view over the city and the Atlantic beyond. We were fortunate to be on the top floor, facing west, and the view was simply breathtaking. The apartment had a stylish and modern decor, and it was very spacious, light, and airy. The massive balcony with a sea view was the perfect spot to relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property for its amazing view, stylish decor, and great location.

Drawbacks : Although the beds were comfortable, they were on the smaller side and the duvets didn't have covers on them. Additionally, the location was a bit far from the city center, requiring a 20-minute walk downhill into Funchal.
